If you are not where you would like to be, my aim is to help you get somewhere that feels better. Everyone will have their own ideas of what ‘better’ feels like, and you will know what is right for you.  I work with clients remotely via web sessions as well as in person.

My focus is on using practical and effective therapies to help you find and engage your inner resources towards the wellbeing, safety and goodness you need to thrive.  It might be that those inner resources don’t seem much right now, but they are there, because you are still here – and they can become strong and resilient.  If you are overcoming the effects of trauma in the past, or trying to find strength to manage current circumstances (or both), I’m on your side, and I know you can do it.

My priority in sessions is that you have an experience of feeling supported, safe, and accepted just as you are.  From there, we can find the possibilities for you to move forward in whatever way is right for you.  You may have a particular therapy in mind that you’d like to try, or you may just want to feel better, and not have a clear idea what will work for you.  I can work purely with specific therapies (see ‘therapies’ tab, above), or we can just see what helps.  I’m happy to have a chat if you’d like to see if I’m the right fit for you – if you’d like to do that, or to book an appointment, please call me (Roushan) on 0131 554 1214 or 07816 216 432.

If my fees are not manageable for you, please contact me.  I can offer a concession to a number of clients, and if you tell me what would be reasonable for you, I will do my best to offer you some affordable sessions.  NB I’m afraid all my concession spaces are currently full – if you would like to go on the waiting list, please let me know.
